This was hands down the worst experience you could imagine. Not only did the items for the event never arrive after we got the order confirmation, but they completely ghosted us even after saying they’d placed the order. We spent days following up, practically begging for any kind of response about whether the merchandise would show up, so we could figure out some urgent alternatives. We tried chatting with their bot, making calls, but nothing got us an answer. There was a brief moment of hope when the account manager finally tossed out a few words and blamed it on DHL, but then it was back to total silence. Just a complete letdown overall. Seriously, do yourself a favor and choose literally any other brand out there - it can't possibly be worse.

The sizes are totally off, and I’m really frustrated about the cash and time I’ve wasted on this. I won’t be purchasing from Fluid again, that’s for sure.

Absolutely dreadful service. This is my second time writing about this supplier after they dropped the ball on delivering gifts for my event last May. This time, I requested two shipments; the first was supposed to go to their warehouse in the Netherlands, but for some bizarre reason, they sent it to Hungary instead - 2500 pens unexpectedly showed up at my colleague's place. The second shipment was meant for local delivery from their warehouse to my office, with items that were already in stock and paid for. It's been 12 days, and still nothing. When I inquired about the order, they attempted to expedite it but ultimately failed and pointed fingers at the courier service. I can't recommend Fluid to anyone. The gifts are decent, but the service quality is shockingly poor.
